Return Policy:

  • Coin Advisor LLC allows returns for full refund minus the shipping and handling for items returned in the same quality as received by customer within 14 days of receipt. This time allows customers to make sure they received exactly what they were expecting. Coin Advisor LLC has the 14 day return policy due to the fluctuating costs of metals. 
  • Shipments that are returned back to Coin Advisor due to the client not being available for delivery will be charged at $10 fee to re-ship the product.

Ordering Policy:

  • This industry is constantly under attack by fraudulent order attempts. CoinAdvisor.com will only ship new customer orders to the billing address of the credit card. New orders may also be subject to further verification prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
  • CoinAdvisor.com sells coins via the website as well as via our call center. In the event we oversell an item (rarely happens), we reserve the right to cancel those oversold orders. We will do our very best however to make sure we fulfill those orders if possible.

Shipping Policy:

  • CoinAdvisor.com works very hard to meet the 7-10 day shipping time on all orders. As we all know, this industry is comprised of rare collectibles and fluctuating prices. If we know up front that we will be delayed in our shipping time, we will always make you aware of expected delivery times and the reason for the unusual delay. Coin Advisor reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order if we feel we can no longer provide fulfillment of your purchase.
